Nymphomaniac is the story of a nymphomaniac, Joe, played by Charlotte Gainsbourg. The trailers for the movie are being released in what have been termed 'appetizers' with short clips of the people Joe encounters as a nymphomaniac. These are only peeks into the movie, less than a minute in length, but they are beginning to tell the story.

Chapter 1: The Compleat Angler provided the first glimpse of Joe. She is shown aboard a train with her friend, B. The two have made a bet to see which of them can seduce and sleep with the most people aboard the train before they arrive at their destination. The prize for the winner? A bag of chocolates. For a nymphomaniac though, perhaps the prize is in the challenge.

Chapter 2: Jerome introduced us to someone who may possibly be able to break through Joe's cynical view of love: Jerome (Shia LaBeouf). Jerome is Joe's new work colleague, but as they ascend in the elevator in this clip, it seems as though he'll become something much more meaningful to Joe.

In this newest chapter, Chapter 3: Mrs. H, Joe finds herself being confronted by the wife of one of her partners, showing the repercussions Joe must face in her life as a nymphomaniac. She had an affair with a married man and when his wife (Uma Thurman) finds out, she confronts Joe in her apartment, bringing her two children along as ammo. The tag for Chapter 3: Mrs. H is " you can't make an omelet without breaking a few eggs." I guess Mrs. H is one of these eggs.

The cast ensemble photo released shows the plethora of celebrity appearances that will be found in Nymphomaniac. We have only been introduced to three of them. There are eight chapters total, so five more months of 'appetizers' before we get to indulge in the full meal of Lars von Trier's Nymphomaniac.
