Watch Your Favorite Music Videos In The Hilariously Scary G-Major
Tired of hearing the current hits of today on the radio? It just seems like they are way too overplayed and they get even more annoying with each listen. Why don't we jazz it up a bit?
What if I were to tell you that there is a bunch of people on Youtube transforming the way that we listen to music? What if I also told you that the most popular artists of today were transformed into the mystical musical realm of the G-Major? Would you listen then?
To put it simply, the G-Major makes everyone sound like they are singing from the vast depths of hell itself. The music video that started this hilarious new trend was none other than Miley Cyrus' G-Major rendition of Wrecking Ball. Posted on Halloween 2013, the video has already been viewed over 3 million times and is a scary, yet interesting take, on the original Wrecking Ball music video. The way these G-Major music videos work is first someone takes a popular song, transforms it into the G-Major (which will alter the voices of the singers significantly), and then invert the picture so it looks like the exact opposite of what the music video should be.
Hate them or love them, I have looked for some of the most popular music videos of right now and posted their G-Major versions below. Take a look for yourself and see what you think! My personal favorites are Thrift Shop, Wrecking Ball, Gangnam Style, and Applause.
