FilmSchoolRejects has a series called "Short Film of the Day", which is a very accurate title.
Today, a very enjoyable little documentary was their chosen dish. The documentary is only four minutes long, but it's so well done, you'll be enthralled.
Centered around the online community of World of Warcraft, this documentary talks to a few hardcore players about WoW means to them and their lifes. Then, in a genius idea, they've used visual effects to emplant their online personas in the real world, as they go about their daily lives and jobs.
It's an effect and extremely well done device, which makes this one of the better four minute documentaries around. Not to mention the subject matter is pretty cool too.
Enjoy, and thanks again to Film School Rejects for popping this up online.
